PRIORITY SCHEDULING
CONTENT PLANNING
One Brand & Culture session per quarter for one year with each session documented to the same standard: team, spaces, culture moments, and brand feel and personality.
Before each session, we meet to plan the quarter's content around your business calendar such as upcoming launches, campaigns, hiring initiatives, or seasonal priorities. Every session is intentional, not generic.
Partnership clients hold the first right to dates before they are opened to the general calendar. Your quarterly sessions are reserved at the start of the year so nothing conflicts with a campaign already in motion.
Every session is led by the owner of Steib Studio. Not delegated. Not assigned. The same photographer, the same eye, the same relationship that's built and refined across every session of your partnership.
Four sessions produce a library that grows and deepens across the year. By quarter four, you'll have imagery that covers every season, every campaign, and every channel without repeating yourself.
200+ fully retouched images per session. Web, print, and social resolution delivered within 10 business days. Commercial licensing across all platforms. Every quarter, without exception.
The first session establishes the visual baseline such as team portraits, spaces, and the core library that anchors everything that follows.
