Conversation

We review your agenda and work with your coordinator weeks before the event, not the morning of. We become a member of your event team. We identify the key moments, the key people, and the coverage priorities so nothing is left to chance on the day. If your team has specific shots they need, we plan for them.

We arrive before the event begins for setup, staging, and to capture the first images of the space before the room fills. We position ourselves to move with the agenda rather than react to it after the fact.

to You

We move with the agenda, capturing speakers, sessions, and the moments in between. Present when it matters, invisible when it doesn't, and never in the way of your attendees or your program.

Present

and Unobtrusive

We deliver about 30 to 50 fully retouched photos per hour, within 3-5 business days from the final day of your event. You will also get highlight photos that tell the story of your event within 24 hours. Your gallery will be easily organized to find what you need, and the press-ready resolution files will be ready for your post-event release and social channels before the week is out.
